Responsibilities
We are looking for a (Senior) QA Engineer (all genders) to actively contribute to the manual testing as well as drive the test automation for our remote access, control, and support solution. The position will report to the Team Manager Software Development and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.
- Write, review, and execute test plans throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases
- Develop automated tests for the most important test suites and set up those under CI/CD
- Actively participate in grooming sessions of the scrum team, providing feedback from the end-user perspective
- Closely work with QAs from all teams on common topics
- Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities
- Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs
Requirements
- A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar subject is required
- At least 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing or software development is required
- Proven skills and working history in the design and implementation of automated test plans
- Experience working with Ranorex, TestRail, or Cypress is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus
