We invite a talented Test Engineer with a background in manual testing to join our Manual QA team in Wroclaw. In this office-based role, you’ll contribute to ensuring top-tier software quality for a trusted leader in the Point of Sale industry. You'll help us deliver reliable, high-quality software experiences to a wide range of retail and restaurant businesses and their customers worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

6+ months of experience in software testing, including manual web testing
Strong understanding of testing theory, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
Knowledge of the bug life cycle and types, with the ability to document and troubleshoot issues effectively
Hands-on experience with Jira
Intermediate+ English level
Proactive mindset, quick learning ability, and strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail
On-site availability in Wroclaw for daily office attendance

Desirable:

Experience with mobile application testing (Android/iOS)
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Kanban

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll perform comprehensive manual testing of POS systems, associated peripherals, and mobile applications. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the functionality, reliability, and seamless integration of hardware and software, delivering high-quality solutions that meet our client’s needs.

Test POS hardware, including cash drawers, terminals, printers, payment devices, and other peripherals
Perform manual testing of cross-platform POS software on Windows, Android, and iOS
Test and verify the functionality of specific features on POS terminals to ensure reliable performance
Identify, document, and report bugs to the development team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Create, maintain, and update test-related documentation
