The Crown Is Yours
We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer for our PAM native unit that builds and maintains SDKs for gaming mobile applications in the USA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sharping QA processes inside the team, acting like a Senior QA in terms of hands-on testing, and collaborating with other QAs from mobile teams to deliver quality apps to the production. You’ll combine business requirements with a wide variety of technological challenges related to scale, low latency processing, and high volumes of data. What you’ll do as a Lead QA Engineer
- Participate in daily activities and ceremonies in the team.
- Create and maintain manual test cases, and then develop test plans and maintain test sets.
- Perform test executions on different areas of the native applications.
- Build apps and maintain content management configurations.
- Provide preliminary logs from native apps, backend, and web to assist the development team.
- Create, verify, and manage tickets in Jira.
- Support and optimize regression activities with the Automation team and other QA units.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- 1+ years of leadership or a huge desire to grow in this direction (a high level of responsibility is a must).
- You’re able to develop Test Plans, Sets, and Checklists, estimate testing level and scope, and write and maintain technical documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android), and experience with work in IDE — Android Studio, Xcode.
- Experience with work SVN/GIT (be able to checkout & pull sources/changes).
- Jira/Confluence/TestRail, and understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Familiarity with web and backend services (web console, REST API) is a must.
- Charles proxy experience is a must.
- Kibana/NewRelic/DataDog/Grafana experience is a must (at least a few of these tools)
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and commitments.
- Experience with 3rd party services (Push Notifications, Statistics) is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
