Job Duties:

  • Create Test artifacts including Test Plan, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and customer teams to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results.
  • Lead test team in translating business requirements to test cases and test scripts.
  • Manage a QA Analyst through all Phases of Testing - (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project.
  • Lead internal defect triage calls.
  • Assist customer with SIT/UAT planning as needed.
  • Assist with UAT defect triage calls.
  • Maintain and communicate QA metrics to internal and customer stakeholders via status/metrics reports.
  • Document and communicate QA-related risks to Project Management.
  • Interact, communicate, and follow through with development and customer teams throughout testing phase.
  • Adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day-to-day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality.
  • Create and execute manual test scripts, based on customer requirements.
  • Identify gaps in user experience and usability of implementation.
  • Perform and report on regression testing at regular intervals throughout a project.
  • Keep test scripts current and up-to-date, based on changes to requirements.
  • Telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Applications, Commerce or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements:

(1) API Testing; (2) JIRA; (3) Functional and User Acceptance Testing; (4) Regression Testing; (5) Q Test; (6) End-to-end Testing; (7) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Testing; (8) HTML; (9) Confluence; (10) SQL; (11) Test and Defect management; and (12) AMPScript. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $135,741.00 - $158,400.00 per annum
