Medior QA Engineer (2)

Description

Atlantbh is expanding and growing, so we are looking for Medior QA Engineers with different skill sets, passionate about technology and software testing. We are looking for a detail-oriented person, with strong tech skills. This is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge, by joining a dynamic team of skilled professionals.

Requirements

What we're looking for - General criteria for both positions

• At least 2 years of experience (minimum)
• Attention to detail and a passion/knack for bug detection
• Ability to think "destructively" in order to add quality to ABH products
• Good written and communication skills
• Good knowledge of basic testing principles such as smoke/regression tests, positive/negative tests, test cases/test plan, etc.
• Good problem solving and debugging skills
• Good knowledge of web services (RESTful API's)
• Basic knowledge of GIT

Nice to have - General criteria for both positions

• Understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools/practices (Jenkins, Github actions, Gitlab...etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Python programming language

What you will be doing - General responsibilities for both positions

• Create and manage test suites
• Write functional test scripts (for web applications, API’s, CLI’s, etc.)
• Create and use CI/CD workflows
• Challenge/question the work that developers do on a daily basis
• Work with Product Owner (requirements, definition, planning)

POSITION 1

Requirements in addition to the stated general criteria

• Proficiency in Javascript
• Good knowledge of UI test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
• API and UI test automation skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Nice to have in addition to the stated general criteria

• Basic knowledge of ETL and Data Pipelines concept
• Experience with load testing tools such as Jmeter, k6 and etc.

What you will be doing in addition to the stated general responsibilities

• Manual and automated Data Pipeline validation

POSITION 2

Requirements in addition to the stated general criteria

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• API test automation skills

Nice to have in addition to the stated general criteria

• Basic knowledge of Linux, in particular terminal/CLI commands
• Basic experience with Scala programming language is a plus
