QA Analyst - End to End, SAP Testing

Description

Work closely with project team members and the business to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and solution design. Work with Technology, business and 3rd party stakeholders to implement high quality technology changes.

Use their knowledge of our business, functional testing, and system testing, together with industry experience and knowledge of company standards to provide input into End-to-End test strategy for the project.

Develop End-to-End test plans, test scenarios and test cases to meet the testing scope. Prepare test data, perform system integration and regression test execution and document test results.

Record, triage and track defects, and work with functional, development and business teams to ensure successful resolution of the defects. Report testing status to key project stakeholders.

Support and work directly with business teams to ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is signed off prior to any production deployment. Provide Production Verification Testing (PVT) support where required.

Requirements

• 8-10 years’ IT industry experience in Testing and Quality Assurance roles.
• Retail industry experience.
• Functional System, System Integration, Interface, Regression, User Acceptance and Production Verification Testing for large scale complex solutions, B2C and B2B applications.
• End-to-End testing of SAP and integrated digital web-based, applications, mobile apps, Point of Sale (POS), Store apps, PIM and Salesforce.
• Testing experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, particularly validating business processes, system integration, and data migration.
• SAP HANA modules and business process testing of Finance, Sales, Procurement & Logistics, Store operation, Shared Sales and logistics.
• Testing and validation of SAP Fiori applications.
• Data migration testing in SAP with a focus on ETL process, data transformation and data mapping.
• Experience in SAP Test automation, preferably using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Test Management tools such as Tricentis qTest, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Other system tools would be highly desirable (Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
• Cross functional and multi-vendor teams.
• Working in On-Shore and Off-shore model.
• Non-Functional testing would be advantageous
