Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in end-to-end (E2E) testing to join our growing team. If you're passionate about implementing QA processes, testing strategies and enhancing test automation solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test strategy and planning, regression testing and UAT, FE/BE testing, risk-based testing.
  • Investigate and report bugs, ensuring issues are documented clearly and followed up to resolution.
  • Working in Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain E2E automated test scripts using Robot Framework.
  • Ensure tests are integrated into continuous integration (CI) pipelines and regularly run in various environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with accessibility testing.
  • Experience in mobile testing.
  • Familiarity with other modern testing frameworks and tools such as Cypress/Playwright.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English language (German is a plus).
  • More than 4 years experience with Robot Framework or comparable E2E test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or comparable languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
  • Experience with Visual regression testing.
  • Knowledge of test management tools like Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Reliable and independent work style with cooperative attitude and customer focus
  • Ability to accommodate to change, be proactive and take initiative

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Windows Narrator, NVDA.
