What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop software solutions for automation of testing and detecting quality assurance in the life cycle of software development using cloud computing tools, Web Automation, JavaScript/Java, REST API, FIX API
  • Design, develop, and implement test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures essential to financial and trading systems using:
    • Java
    • Selenium
    • Rest Assured
    • Amazon AWS
    • Postgres SQL
    • BDD/Cucumber
    • Gherkin
    • TestNg framework
    • GIT
    • Jenkins
  • Design, create and execute and automate web application scripts and execute web UI test cases
  • Design, create, execute and automate Rest API test cases
  • Design, create, execute and automate FIX API test scenarios
  • Gaining knowledge of DriveWealth applications and processes and building an internal network.
  • Firm knowledge of DriveWealth systems and architectures
  • Participates in regular sprints, manages the JIRA tasks and work with CI frameworks.
  • Understands the platform technologies and how that fits into larger picture.
  • Can Design Components and intergrate. Analyze requirements and document test cases
  • Delivers high quality Jira Stories that are well-tested changes on schedule
  • Understands the assigned Tasks/Stories and asks clarifying questions when ambiguous
  • Start developing subject matter expertise in at least one topic/project inside a domain within the team

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor degree plus 2-5 years experience
  • Require skills and knowledge of Web Automation, Selenium, JavaScript, REST API, JSON, AWS, FIX API, Postman, JMeter or any other performance testing tool
  • Understanding of ActiveMQ/Kafka a plus
  • Knowledge testing trading flows (Equity/Options etc..) with understanding of Settlement and clearing
  • Knowledge of money movement
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like python

Compensation

Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

$115,000—$135,000 USD
