The Workplace Solutions team is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer to be part of our exciting technology modernization journey. You will lead requirements elicitation and the development, implementation and review of Quality Assurance and testing best practices including the techniques, tools and results that support business needs. You will be hands on in the development and implementation of test automation efforts. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Engineer II: $115,000 - $125,000 , plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer III: $125,000 - $145,000 , plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborates with developers and engineers to identify and guide test automation and partners with business analysts to reduce repetitive manual testing by designing, coding and executing automation tests.
  • Design, code and execute automated tests to ensure that the solution operates within defined requirements.
  • Promote, be an advocate and technical champion of the development and implementation of quality assurance practices and adoption across workplace solutions
  • Use and leverage modern frameworks to create, maintain and implement new solutions.
  • Ability to play multiple roles (individual contributor, leader, teacher, mentor), and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Professional experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring / Spring Boot, React or another JavaScript framework, SQL, APIs, microservices.
  • 5-7+ years of experience developing and maintaining automated testing using tools such as Selenium, J Unit, Spock, Cucumber, Postman.  
  • Experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Understands the Agile process and iterative development process and positively impacts team success by multi-tasking and adapting to any change in priorities.
  • Follows established Software Development Life Cycle and adheres to coding quality standards.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
