QA SOFTWARE ENGINEER (M/F/D)

As a direct-to-consumer company, our e-commerce platform and the CRM system plays a crucial role in delivering our brand experience to our customers. In this context, a QA Engineer E-Commerce (m/f/d) are a crucial factor for our success and the satisfaction of our customers. You will focus on the testing activities of new and existing features in a monthly release cycle and continuously support the optimization of our testing concepts/procedures to ensure seamless access to our products for our customers. You will be part of a team that is always looking for the best solution for our customers. When possible, we stick to the standard, use best practices to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. We work together on technical design, implementation and quality. Releases are our passion.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

• Planning, conception and control of software tests
• Definition of test concepts with scope, level and test plan
• Creation and updating of user stories and test cases
• Test preparation and coordination of all related activities in the project business
• Documentation of test status
• Coordination of retesting and error handling
• Creation of test plans and test scripts
• Reporting of test status and potential risks
• Test execution (integration tests, bug testing, feature testing)
• Extension of test automation and test coverage

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

• At least 3 years of professional experience in testing or specific process know-how.
• Experience in the methodical setup of software tests
• Certification according to ISTQB or comparable
• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of test automation, preferably with UI-Path
• Execution of software tests in implementation projects with cross-system e-commerce
• processes (e-commerce +CRM)
• very good analytical skills as well as strong organizational and communication skills
• Test management software, ideally Aqua
• Agile methods
• Atlassian JIRA + Confluence
• Business fluent German and English skills
