What will a successful Quality Assurance Engineer do at Fiserv?

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Fiserv applications. The QA Engineer will focus on test automation and the delivery of integrated applications testing as we build an automation framework with CI/CD pipelines.

What you will do:

You will work collaboratively with project managers and engineering teams to develop comprehensive test plans, cases, results matrices, and validation plans. The QA Engineer will ensure quality assurance throughout the entire development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, manual and automated testing, and post-delivery support.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with GUI & API Testing.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle SQL Queries.
  • 5+ years of experience in executing Linux commands & Shell scripts, Unix Batches.
  • 5+ years of experience in Soap & Rest APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Waterfall Model/Agile Model.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.

What would be great to have:

  • Financial/Banking domain knowledge and background.
  • Experience with automation tools like TOSCA.
  • Experience with Cloud Based technologies such as AWS.
  • Test Management Tools Usage like RTC/JIRA/qTest

  • We’re better together. This role is fully on-site with flexibility as needed.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire role, meaning no contract or remote options are available.
