We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Manager for our Frames Section to ensure that all construction operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the Frames Section, focusing on the design, fabrication, and installation of frames for various projects. You will develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee that all work adheres to industry regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the Frames Section.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on frame fabrication and installation processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and regulatory agencies regarding quality-related matters.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing QA policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are advantageous.
