Arrow Global SQA team is looking for a talented and highly motivated candidate to join its IT quality team. This role is focused on participation in IT project teams focusing on providing high-quality solutions. This position will be responsible for working with the development team, operations, and business to develop automation testing plans and execute them.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reports testing status to the SQA Manager, IT Project Managers
- Leads projects independently from the testing side.
- Owns and is responsible for SQA testing on a given project(s) for the assigned area.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of standard SQA processes to act as the gatekeeper of quality practices across the SDLC.
- Document to create quality test cases and test plans.
- Partners directly with Product and Development teams to understand requirements and create test strategy/test plans
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with functional and automation testing on customer-facing e-commerce platforms.
- 5 + Years of experience with front-end automation of customer-facing websites with Selenium.
- In-depth knowledge of testing REST APIs and automating collections with Postman or via using JMeter.
- Experience working with GIT and Bitbucket or any other Source code versioning and repository systems.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins/Azure DevOps/ other CI tools.
- Experience with performance testing using LoadRunner/JMeter.
- Has a good understanding of SQL queries to update and query data from multiple tables using joins/nested queries.
- Advanced English skills.
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:
- Nice to have experience with test automation using multiple tools (Selenium/Cypress/UFT/UIPATH)
- UiPath test automation experience is a big plus.
- JIRA, GIT, Bitbucket any test management tool such as ALM, Zephyr Scale, TestRail
- ERP, SCM, CRM domain knowledge is an added advantage
- Testing concepts, STLC, SDLC, Defect Tracking
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
