We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Engineer – Manual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and seamless performance of our web and mobile applications. Your expertise in manual testing and familiarity with test automation (Python/Java) will contribute to delivering a high-quality user experience.

If you have 3–4 years of experience in testing web applications (preferably Progressive Web Apps) and mobile applications (Android & iOS) and are passionate about delivering quality at every stage of development, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Manual Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Test Case Development: Design and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Bug Tracking & Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like MANTIS, JIRA, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Understanding of Software Quality: Apply industry best practices and standards to maintain reliable and consistent performance.
• Test Automation (Basic Knowledge): Familiarity with automation testing using Java or Python is a plus.
• STLC & Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and experience working in Agile environments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends to enhance QA processes.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze requirements, identify key test scenarios, and ensure high-quality solutions.
