You Will

Play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. This position involves leading QA efforts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using one of the tools like Selenium, cypress, and Playwright to validate the functionality, performance, and user experience of our web applications.
• Perform manual testing activities, including exploratory testing and regression testing to uncover issues that may not be caught through automation.
• Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure compatibility across various web browsers and devices.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing best practices for testing methodologies and automation processes.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation, particularly with web applications.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
