Software QA Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Software QA Engineer, you will provide testing and validation support to our engineering team as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Job responsibilities

● Review requirements, specification, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

● Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

● Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

● Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

● Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

● Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

● Monitor debugging process results.

● Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategy

Requirements

● 3+ years of professional Engineering experience.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Exceptional attention to detail.

● Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

● Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

● Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

● Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Great team player and able to work efciently with minimal supervision.

● Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

● BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

● Work experience in software development automated testing is a plus.

● English proficiency: B2 level (Intermediate-High)
